A great site for teens who struggle with depression and anxiety or for those who become fixated on their thoughts.  A great site to learn about being 'present' in the moment.  The site is a wonderful place to learn about mindfulness and practice mindfulness using the guided meditations that are provided on the site.

BounceBackBC is a British Columbia ran program for youth ages 15 to 18.  The program is designed to help youth manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress, or worry.  The program provides sessions with a coach either online or by phone.  The coach helps support the youth by giving them tools to use to help them come                                                         to mental wellness.
